How should I store my cookies?
Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can eat them as-is, or heat them in the oven or air-fryer at 180°C for 3-5 minutes for ooey-gooey goodness. To keep fresh for several days, freeze cookies immediately in an airtight container (for up to a month) and when you are ready to have them, heat them up at 180°C for 8-10 min before serving.
Warning: Never store your cookies in the refrigerator or use a microwave to reheat them! Unless you want dry and hard cookies which is no fun for anyone.
How should I store my brownies?
Brownies can be kept in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can eat them as-is, chilled for a fudge like core, or reheated for the molten goodness. Heat them in the oven or air-fryer at 180°C for 3-5 minutes or microwave in short burst(s) of 10 seconds, until warm and gooey. To keep fresh for several days, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for 5 min before serving. Brownies can be frozen for up to a month. To reheat brownies from frozen, heat them up at 160°C for 7-10 min before serving.

What time will my cookies be delivered?
Our delivery window is 11am-6pm on the date of your choosing.
Can I specify a specific delivery time?
You can request for a specific delivery time at an additional surcharge of +$8. Kindly email hello@whiskdom.com
What happens if the delivery failed or an incomplete/incorrect delivery address was provided?
A grace period of 15 min will be granted. Should the recipient/sender be uncontactable, the courier will proceed with the remaining deliveries for the day. If the delivery can be scheduled for the same day, a redelivery charge of $15 will apply.

Self-collection
Can I opt for self collection? What are your operating hours?
Yes, you may select the Store Pick up option when checking out. Self collection timings are as follows:
Tuesday - 2pm to 6pm
Wednesday to Saturday - 10am to 6pm
Sunday - 10am to 2pm
Closed on Monday, CNY, CNY Eve
For eve of PH and PH, collection timing is from 10am to 2pm.

Exchange policy /
Refunds & cancellations
No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once payment is processed and completed online. Any refund, if required, will be made in the form of an online credit. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
